Recognizing education as a key driver of long-term human development, MODENA, in collaboration with the Tomas Jizhar Foundation, continues to support employee well-being through the 2026 MODENA Employees’ Children Scholarship Program.
As a company that has been part of Indonesian families for decades, MODENA views investment in people as an integral part of its sustainability commitment. The program provides educational assistance to employees’ children, helping families access greater opportunities while supporting the development of the next generation.
The 2026 scholarship selection involved 54 children and was conducted through a transparent and accountable process, including registration, document verification, and interviews with applicants and their parents. Following the selection process, 37 children were awarded scholarships with a total educational assistance value of IDR 82,389,131. The scholarships were formally presented at the Scholarship Awarding Ceremony held on August 14, 2026.
Beyond providing financial assistance, the program is designed to strengthen employee well-being and family resilience by helping employees plan for their children’s education with greater confidence. It reflects MODENA’s broader approach to sustainability, in which business growth is accompanied by a commitment to creating meaningful and lasting social impact.
As a participant of the United Nations Global Compact (UN Global Compact), MODENA continues to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across its business and operations. The scholarship program contributes to the Social pillar by advancing employee well-being, human capital development, and more equitable access to educational opportunities.
The initiative also supports several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 4: Quality Education, by expanding access to education; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by supporting employee and family well-being; and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, by helping create more equitable opportunities for the next generation.
Looking ahead, MODENA remains committed to developing initiatives that strengthen employee well-being and human capital as integral components of its sustainability strategy. For MODENA, sustainable growth goes beyond business performance; it is also about creating positive impact for its employees, their families, and generations to come.
